Which fragrance should I start with?
Start with a mood you enjoy. The fragrance guide is a simple introduction to the four sample profiles. You can also contact us for help choosing.
Are these the final notes and prices?
No. This store is in sample shopping mode. Notes, sizes, prices and delivery terms are examples that the brand will confirm before launch.
How much is delivery?
The sample delivery charge and free-delivery threshold are shown on the shipping page. Real delivery charges will be confirmed at Shopify checkout.
Can I pay by cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is shown as a sample payment option. It will be available only if it is enabled in the real store checkout.
Can I return a perfume?
Read the sample returns page for the proposed approach. The final return conditions must be confirmed before selling.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep the bottle closed and away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow the safety and application instructions on the final product label.
How do I get help with an order?
Use the contact form and include your real order number. Sample checkout does not create a real order or tracking number.
Will sample checkout take a payment?
No. Sample checkout demonstrates the layout only. It does not submit your contact fields, create an order or process a payment.
